Małgorzata will take over the position after Marcin Kubuj, who recently became the General Manager in Novotel Warszawa Airport. Małgorzata started her professional career in our group in 2003 as Front Office team member in ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto. She developed both her hotel and managerial competences as a Front Office and Reservation Manager at the former Mercure Fryderyk Chopin hotel in Warsaw. In 2009, she took the position of the GM of the ibis budget Katowice Centrum hotel. In 2013-2015, she managed the Mercure Lublin Centrum hotel. In 2017, she started working as the Deputy GM of Novotel Warszawa Airport.
Małgorzata graduated from the University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw. She completed the Accor's Top Talent Program and the Strategic Leaders training program at the Accor Academy. Małgorzata spends her free time with her son, and her hobbies are cycling and skiing, photography and reading crime novels.
