Appointment of the Members of the Management Board for a new term

Supervisory Board of Orbis, hotel investment leader in Eastern Europe has appointed today Members of the Management Board for the eleventh term.

The following managing persons were appointed to the Management Board:
Gilles Clavie - President of the Management Board and CEO
Dominik Sołtysik – Vice President of the Management Board and COO
Inesa Kuczalska - Member of the Management Board and CFO

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board, Inesa Kuczalska, CFO of Orbis was appointed to the Management Board. She started her professional career in the area of finance at Accor companies in Poland. Since 2009 she was the deputy CFO of Orbis, and then in September 2019 she became the CFO of the Company.

Inesa Kuczalska is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking, as well as the Executive MBA. She also completed the MBA program of the University of Montreal (UQAM). Certificated ACCA (FCCA) since 2007. She gained extensive professional experience in finance and management during her many years of career.

Gilles Clavie was again nominated the President of the Management Board and CEO of Orbis, who from July 1st will also act as the President and CEO of AccorInvest, strategic investor of Orbis. Dominik Sołtysik, former Member of the Management Board and Director of Development & Asset Management, took the position of Vice President and COO.

Ireneusz Węgłowski, whose term in the Orbis’ Management Board expired will soon take over a new role. He was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of Orbis as of July 16th.
Ireneusz Węgłowski has been Vice President of the Management Board of Orbis since 1991. In recent years, he was responsible among others for corporate communication of the Company, investor relations and CSR. Earlier, he has been involved in the hospitality business, particularly in the management of hotel portfolio. He participated in the company’s restructuring aimed at concentration on the core hotel business. He successfully handled numerous sales of non-strategic properties of the company.
