Orbis S.A. informs that after President of the Management Board, Mr. Jean Philippe Savoye, submitted at the Supervisory Board meeting held on June 30, 2010 his resignation dated June 30, 2010 from serving as member of the Management Board of Orbis S.A., the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Laurent Picheral as member of the Management Board of the current tenure and entrusted Mr. Picheral with the position of President of the Management Board of Orbis S.A.
