August 29, 2012         –   consolidated semi-annual report for the 1^st half of 2012 with semi-annual condensed financial statements of the issuer;

October 29, 2012        –   consolidated quarterly report for the 3^rd quarter of 2012 with quarterly financial information of the issuer.
