Orbis SA has published today the financial report for the 1Q 2012

Major events of the quarter

• Net revenues of the Orbis Hotel Group down -1.9% like-for-like (punctual slow down expected in our budget)
• RevPAR up +4.3 % – a positive result of the hotel portfolio restructuring
• Confirmed focus on hospitality: sale of PKS Gdańsk and PKS Tarnobrzeg, which means total discontinuation of bus transportation
• Further optimization of the Orbis Hotel Group portfolio: closing down of two non–strategic hotels
• Speeding up of asset light development model: two additional Heads of Terms for management agreements signed and a few more planned in the pipeline
• 760 new rooms in 2Q 2012 and further refurbishment of existing hotels
• Orbis Group with the “Planet 21” program – a leader of CSR in Poland in the hotel industry
