Since 2005, Orbis Hotel Group has consistently implements the development strategy based on the following elements:
- The development of the economy hotel segment of the Ibis and Etap brands
- Restructuring and better positioning of the existing hotel facilities
- The modernization of selected hotels to the requirements of Orbis Accor brands
- Use of land belonging to the firm for the construction of new hotels
- Optimization of resource properties for the purpose of strategy
