Profile of candidate

When searching for new staff, we pay special attention as to whether the qualities of the candidate match the values advocated by our company. Persons applying for employment in the Orbis Hotel Group should be well-mannered, have the group-work skills and be highly capable of adapting to a constantly changing work environment, as each work  day is different.

Recruitment

When recruiting for the majority of vacancies, we conduct qualifying interviews consisting of 1 to 3 stages. In the case of more complex projects, we avail of the support of recruitment tools, such as tests, analyses, tasks and work samples.

Internal recruitment plays an important role in search for a suitable candidate. We offer career advancement or change of the working environment opportunities to our employees.

Practice

We actively support persons who are willing to expand their skills and expertise applicable in the hotel industry. We offer a range of free in house trainings, where candidates gain professional skills whilst participating in the life of the company. This form of cooperation is particularly popular in hotels, especially in the food and beverage and customer service segments. The most prominent trainees can then be offered employment.
