Claude Moscheni
A graduate of the École Hôtelière in Toulouse, France, Mr. Claude Moscheni has worked in the Accor Group since 1970. Mr. Moscheni was responsible, among others, for Business & Leisure Hotels in the Middle East, Europe, North and South America (as Operational Director) as well as served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pannonia Hotels SA in Hungary.
Jacek Kseń
Mr. Kseń is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and the Higher School of Planning and Statistics where in 1977 he was conferred a Ph.D. degree for his thesis on international financial markets. Employed in the banking sector since 1978, Mr. Kseń first worked in France, and then in Poland since 1996. For 11 years Mr. Jacek Kseń served as President of the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (formerly: WBK S.A.). Mr. Jacek Kseń was member of Supervisory Boards of Dom Maklerski BZWBK S.A., Commercial Union PTE BPH CU WBK, Asset Management I TFI Arka, MCI Management, PLL LOT, PBG, and presently sits on Supervisory Boards of Sygnity S.A. and WSIP S.A.
Erez Boniel
Mr. Erez Boniel has been Finance Director of GTC S.A. since 1997, holds a C.P.A. title and a B.A. degree in economics and accounting. Mr. Boniel completed the MBA program with honors, worked as auditor in an audit firm Barak & Co. from 1990 to 1993 and, subsequently, as financial controller in Reynolds Construction Company from 1993 to 1996.
Yann Caillère
A graduate of the Thonon-les-Bains École Hôtelière, Mr. Yann Caillère pursued his international career in Frantel, Société Française des Wagons Lits and Pullman. From 1995 to 2005 he held top executive positions in Disneyland Resort Paris and the Louvre Hôtels Group. Mr. Caillère joined Accor in January 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, Hotels France, Southern Europe, Africa and Middle East as well as Chief Executive Officer for Sofitel Worldwide. Yann Caillère was also named to the Executive Committee. As of May 11, 2009, he is Vice Executive President responsible for Accor Hospitality Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Sofitel Worldwide, and in charge of Hotel Design and Construction Worldwide.
Artur Gabor
Mr. Artur Gabor graduated from the Department of Law of the University of Warsaw and the Department of Economics of the University College London. Presently Partner with the business consulting firm Gabor&Gabor, during his professional career Mr. Gabor held managerial positions in Credit Lyonnais Polska, Paged, GE Capital and IBM Polska, sat on the Supervisory Boards of Energomontaż Północ S.A., Getin Holding S.A., GE Capital Bank S.A., GE Bank Mieszkaniowy S.A., Sfinks S.A. and served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Getin Bank S.A. Mr. Artur Gabor is member of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Polish Institute of Directors. Presently, he sits on Supervisory Boards of Grupa Lew and Energopol Katowice S.A.
Marc Vieilledent
A graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and holder of the Expert Comptable title, from 1990 to 1997 Mr. Vieilledent worked for the audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in France and the United States, holding managerial positions. In 1997 Mr. Marc Vieilledent joined Accor as Vice President Business Planning in the Paris-based company headquarters and, subsequently, as Group Controller and Senior Vice President Corporate Finance. Presently, Mr. Vieilledent is member of the Accor Group Investment Committee and Senior Vice President Corporate Finance and Real Estate.
Christian Karaoglanian
Mr. Karaoglanian completed his university education with a master degree in economics conferred by the Institute d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP). Mr. Christian Karaoglanian joined the Accor Group in 1976, and became involved in the Group's hotel business in 1984 when he accepted the task of managing the Group's development in the Middle East, Asia and, later, Europe. Since 1995 Mr. Karaoglanian has been in charge of development and management of assets of the Accor Group's hotel networks. Presently, Christian Karaoglanian serves as Chief Development Officer for Accor hotels worldwide and is charge of take-overs and internal development of the company on five continents. Mr. Karaoglanian sits on the Accor Investment Board.
Andrzej Procajło
Mr. Procajło has acquired secondary technical education. Andrzej Procajło holds the position of technical department manager in Novotel Warszawa Centrum. Since April 2006 he has filled trade union positions, first as Chairman of the Enterprise Commission of the Trade Union NSZZ „Solidarność" Novotel Centrum, and currently as Vice-Chairman of NSZZ Solidarność.
Jarosław Szymański
Educated to the secondary level, Mr. Jarosław Szymański joined the Polonez Hotel in July 1987 to work, first, as senior maintenance technician in the technical department and, since January 1995, as manager of an independent administration & maintenance section. Member of the Accor European Works Council since 2008. Chairman of the Trade Union NSZZ Solidarność in Orbis S.A. and Vice-Chairman of the National Hotel, F&B and Tourism Section of NSZZ Solidarność.
Andrzej Przytuła
Vocational catering school, general secondary school. Mr. Przytuła has worked for Orbis since 1967 (with a break) as a waiter, master waiter and barman - completed a barman course. Mr. Przytuła ran and managed his own food&beverage establishment. From 1998 to 2008 he held a position of Chairman of the Inter-Departmental Trade Union NSZZ Orbis S.A. Hotels in Wrocław. Mr. Przytuła has served as Vice-Chairman of the Departmental Trade Union NSZZ Solidarność in Orbis S.A. since 2008.
