President and Chief Executive Officer

Laurent Picheral was managing director and finance director of Accor Hotellerie Deutschland GmbH and The NewGen Hotels AG from 2003 until 2010, in charge of finance, taxes, legal issues, real estate, development, purchases and IT departments.
From 2002 to 2003 Mr. Laurent Picheral was member of the Management Board of Orbis S.A. responsible for finance. Formerly, he held managing positions in Accor S.A. headquarters in Paris as well as in various consulting companies like KPMG in France and Poland. Laurent Picheral (45) graduated from the prestigious EDHEC Business School; he speaks French, German and English fluently as well as has a very good command of the Polish language.
Vice-President of the Management Board

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a specialization in economics and organization of hotel enterprises. He participated in numerous courses, training programs and conferences on the subject of hotel investment, financial possibilities and directions in which to developing the hotel industry around the world. In 1994, he finished a program in hotel investment at Cornell University in the USA.
After graduation in 1979, he worked for the Syrena Tourist Enterprise. In 1987, he was delegated for the position of Director of the Polonia-Metropol hotel chain in Warsaw. He started working as an Operating Issues Manager in June of 1991 and since October of 1991 he has been Vice-President of Orbis S.A. Management Board, actually directly supervising the areas of the Company’s activities relating to: implementation of new technologies, investor relations and sustainable development of the group. He speaks English fluently.

Marcin Szewczykowski is a graduate of the International Economic and Political Relations department (faculty: Foreign Trade) of the Cracow University of Economics.
Mr. Szewczykowski began his professional career in the Department of Audit and Investment Advice of Arthur Andersen Sp. z o.o., where he has been employed from 1995 to 2001. During the period from 2001 to 2006, Mr. Szewczykowski was the Vice-President in charge of finance in ComputerLand S.A. In January 2007, Mr. Szewczykowski began employment in Orbis S.A., first as the Vice-Director responsible for Finance, and since June 2007, as the Finance Director. Since September 2007 Mr. Szewczykowski has been member of Orbis S.A. Management Board in charge of finance.
Mr. Szewczykowski is a licensed Certified Auditor and is a member of ACCA. Speaks English fluently.
