Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies
Current status of compliance of Orbis S.A. with the Code of Best Practice is to be found in the Directors Report for 2009.
The Management Board of Orbis S.A. informs that acting by virtue of § 29 section 3 of the Stock Exchange By-Laws, the Company notifies permanent non-compliance with some rules of corporate governance, laid down in the document "Code of best Practices for WSE Listed Companies".
