  Decision concerning declared distribution of dividend

  The Management Board of "Orbis" S.A. hereby informs that it decided to submit the following motions to the General Meeting of Orbis S.A. Shareholders for approval:
  
  1. Distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2011 amounting to PLN 126,695,761.60 by:
  1) allocating the amount of PLN 64,507,811.20 for payment of dividend in the amount of PLN 1.40 per 1 share,
  2) retaining the amount of PLN 62,187,950.40 as retained earnings of the Company for statutory purposes.
  
  2. Fixing the dividend date for July 16, 2012.
  3. Fixing the date of dividend payment for August 2, 2012.
